Getting StartedColorway The Desert Mythic Core palette captures the raw soul of the desert while infusing it with the legendary spirit of hip-hop, creating a visual language that feels both ancient and electrifyingly modern. Mythic Sand (#C99665) forms the foundation—a warm, weathered tone that recalls the timeless dunes and gives every layout a grounded, cinematic base. Red Rock Flame (#C4492D) brings intensity and emotion, echoing the red cliffs of Wadi-Rum and adding a mythic, almost ritualistic energy ideal for highlighting artists or dramatic typography. Dune Shadow Brown (#4B2F23) deepens the mood with earthy weight, perfect for anchoring compositions or adding contrast to neon lighting. Heat Mirage Gold (#E7A34B) introduces divine radiance, functioning as a luxurious, sacred accent that feels like desert sun refracting off ancient metal. Finally, Desert Night Black (#0B0B0B) injects hip-hop’s iconic heaviness, acting as the base for posters, stage backdrops, and performance silhouettes. .

Inspiration

Behind the DesignThe design was inspired by the syncopated rhythms of sound and the jagged rock formations of Utah. After completing my UFC 300 project—which emphasized symmetry, precision, and order—I wanted to explore the complete opposite. This time, I set out to create a custom font built on deliberate asymmetry, raw energy, and natural irregularity. Instead of clean balance, the forms embrace tension, unpredictability, and the organic chaos found in desert stone.
